I tend to agree. The recent moves do suggest that there is a high possibility of a significant event might be happening in the future. If share price does rise to a much higher level after that event, I don't mind that they raise funds. After all, the company needs cash to grow and cash will provide a lot of flexibility that it doesn't have currently. I rather have a smaller share in a growing pie than a bigger share in a shrinking one.
