AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Very frustrating that the announcement came on a day where the market was way down and volitile, worst case scenario for the announcement. Just trying to put it all together it appears to me that the deal in Germany is probably related to the new product introduction we spoke of earlier and therefore my guess would be industrial forklift batteries. Researching forklift companies in Germany is interesting, there happens to be several major players in this segment there so hard to say who it is. This is a large order if it is forklift batteries but it all makes sense. Remember they hired an industrial salesperson focusing on forklifts at Litarion a while back and they did say they have a pipeline of over 80 million dollars for industrial sales. I would still expect a major order here in Canada as well. It would appear that they will be producing them here for now. As the market improves we will see the SP improve but we will have to be patient. Maxime Vidricaire did say that there is tremendous demand for the products there in Germany and Europe and I believe him but it will take time until the new lines are in. I really think we are overdue for announcements in the industrial and grid storage sectors. This has taken away the pressure and buys us time to get the new lines installed and hopefully more business. What I like is that what they have said in the conference calls is starting to fall into place.
