I don't think the second contract is with VW..after reading about their own battery R/D.....June 22 they will review the information that's current....or maybe they will go with the non-toxic manufacturing process from electrovaya...and will buy batteries from Electrovaya...just to get started. This could get interesting, very very interesting....
