So Sankar is slowly loosing majority control due to the purchase of warrants. What to do? Sell a chunk of his shares, loan proceeds to the company, get iterest payments and get principal paid back in shares at the initial agreed to price per share.

Now it gets better....Buy additional shares & exercise options with interest money to retain a majority of shares....

Sounds like a plan to me.
