whatever deal they are looking at doing that requires any dilution of current shareholders should be shelved and they should work oranically on growing the buisness and grind it out. No more dilution.

20 year old share holders are already diluted over 50% since the original 70 million shares.

I prefer they grind it out and build their new factory from savings, then the stock will rise and then they can issue shares later once the market appreciates them. Else go on your boot straps.
