I can think of 2 cases for Electrovaya to use.

1.  Build a Cathode manufacturing Plant.

2.  Build a new process type for solid state cells, modules & packs.

Jamestown will already be expanding in production.  I can visualize phase 2 preparations before phase 1 is completely finished !
