It seems that the three players are closer or are willing to consolidate the Mako Trough into one entity. Regards the commitment by Falcon to agree to $37.5m going back into the project should they reach the development stage, I like this as Falcon have not shown their ability or willingness to use their funds in a cost efficient manner.
I hope that they can agree on slicing the pie into three equal pieces and that Bruner does not get tooooo greedy. His mobility in the negotiations may be further limited due to the amendments.
I like the release but hope that the players can reach a simpler and transparent sharing structure.
