I was wondering if someone could do me a favor when they attend the annual shareholders meeting. I want to get a sense of how this new water licence requirement will impact the exploration process in South Africa. Can someone ask Philip O'Quigley what he thinks about the new water licence equirement? More specifically, what impact will the regulation have on the company. Also, can you have him clarify the term "controlled activity" placed on fracking in the Karoo. I just can't imagine any firm committing to full scale exploration activities if the process gets drawn out by vague legislation that can stop work.
