It's not that silly when you think about it ... the Ont. gov't gives the FN sufficient bucks or the Chinese step up or a combination of both to placate the situation in the ROF.

If BOL & KWG want the rest of Black Horse they'll need to come up with $15m+ anyways and if they could take out FNC, then no NSR and look at all the goodies they could sell off. There net cost would be minimal.

Something to consider.
