Coffee around ? We now have hurricanes on both sides of the properties. The configuration of the area tends to force out moisture from any system that goes by. It lies just below the crest of the Sierras which by mechanical upwards movement condenses out the moisture. I rather expect to see many unsurfaced roads damaged.

This is why so may older Spanish mines simply disappeard in spite of having fairly accurate records and maps.. The country can literally change from one storm to the other.
