I have been a patient and enthusiastic investor in Golden Hope (GNH) for a long time, but time and perspective often changes one's optics.

For this observer, that time has come!

I have visited the GNH site several times, and for reasons I cannot easily rationalize for you or for me, I still believe that there is a significant resource to be identified.

But exactly where?

That said, I have lost my confidence that current management has the motivation, qualifications, or the ability to bring this project to any successful completion.

We have, perhaps in my jaundiced view, an expensive and entitled leadership focused on "window dressing" and optics, rather than on strategic options for resource development.

The exploration and mining space is anything but promising these days...., but prospects for Golden Hope appear to be even less so.

Regretfully, I fail to perceive forward positive motion;

The cash burn must be substantial;

You can Slice it anyway you want, the 44-301 is definitely less than stellar.

GNH has an expensive and non-productive board.

Further dilution will virtually destroy our already wrecked value.

In short...Bleak House

Well...you get the picture....

It is time for a sea-change here...

I will no longer ride this pony to oblivion....

And, I will vote for any positive change -- whatever it is.

On a business decision basis, I have lost all confidence in management, and I wish I had seen this sooner!
