Thanks for the response. My train of thought led me to think that the results of this process should not be financially significant enough to influence the share price of either GOG or ECU. The issues seemed to me to be relatively insignificant in the overall scheme of things. I gather that you don't agree and that you expect the upcoming ruling to have a major impact one way or the other. You obviously are more knowledgable than me so I will just have to wait it out along with the rest. I still have the feeling that the GOG management has very little regard or concern for their retail shareholders. They definitely are not good communicators.
