Maybe shooting myself in the foot, financially, but I just transferred a lot of KWG shares to my TFSA, to take advantage of the $0.01 price. This means any price increase will be in that account, and without selling & buying, the shares are where I want them. Now, some decent news and everything will be great.

Gravelle & others have just wound up a conference and say they have a comprehensive transport plan for the North. Presumably this is progress, even it comes down to a heap of vague intentions & principles.

The complete plan will not be released until 2017. Like every govt project, bits will leak out before then, and such details as rail routes will become known to certain parties long before official disclosure. Anyone know of a viable rail corridor into the ROF region? I imagine this (rail &/or pipeline) could be built without needing to ask permission from any parties who might have plans to build a road along that same route -- sauce for the goose?
