IMO it will probably take the form of a 3P rail and support road project involving KWG with a partner, FNs with a partner and the FEDs, BUT ONLY after they figure out (quantify) what the Chinese want in the long run. Let's keep in mind that CCCC is currently making a bid to take over AECON Group which is a large Canadian construction and engineering company. Is this to increase their chances when bidding on large projects in Canada???

Chess pieces are being strategically placed on the board and we have witnessed a very strong "insider" participation in the last KWG private placement (PP)... not withstanding the recent talks between Fed Gov and China (free trade), Prov Gov and China (economic investment), Frank's recent visit to China (FSDI talks) and the recent Canadian approval of the Natural Gas Reduction Process PATENT.

Looking forward to important announcements about signifcant decision/developments in 2018.
