Are you serious?? the 10 investors is for JJ to raise the capital to do the deal in April?? If this is the way you do DD then its no wonder you dont make any money in the stock market??

I am not saying that this is the best deal ever but it is probably one of the best we could get considering the circumstances..

I am not saying there Gary has not made mistakes along the way he will admit to that but he is also someone that did not just throw up his hands and say oh well. We have another chance to become a strong company I dont believe that JJ will take the company private if they wanted the whole company they could have done it a long time ago I think they see value in what Liberty can become and obviously like our nickel and cobalt properties.

Yes we will not get as high a share price if we didnt have all of the dilution but I think we are a stronger company now then we were before and I think there is money to be made here over the next few years...obviously Nickel price will be the determining factor
