The last share buyback was in 2005.

It was Louvem buying back its own shares so as to decrease the outstanding shares.

By doing so, Richmont percentage ownership of Louvem would go up.

Now it is at 68% approximately. Richmont might be happy with this position.

Louvem is also cash rich, so there is money to develop new properties.
