AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Mr. Alan Zaakir reports

RESUMPTION OF TRADING

Wintercrest Resources Ltd., now Mahdia Gold Corp., has confirmed that its stock has resumed trading on Dec. 2, 2009, following a short halt period that was required by the Canadian National Stock Exchange to facilitate the fundamental change that the company made. The change involved a name change from Wintercrest Resources to Mahdia Gold, a consolidation of its shares on a one-new-for-two-old basis and a change of business from consumer products to gold and precious metals. The company's new stock symbol on the CNSX is MGD.

Mahdia Gold has also retained the legal services, in Guyana, of a firm of legal practitioners including Robert Corbin, MP. Mr Corbin works with the chambers of McKay & Moore. He is also the Leader of the Parliamentary Opposition of Guyana and of the main opposition party, the PNCR. He has held several key positions in the cabinet of the previous administration of the PNCR that governed Guyana for 28 years and was Deputy Prime Minister until 1992. In his current position, Mr. Corbin commands a high level of knowledge of the laws of Guyana and the functionality of the governmental systems in Guyana. He is able to provide Mahdia Gold with valuable local legal advice, guidance and representation.

Chairman and chief executive officer of Mahdia Gold, Alan Zaakir, returned from a visit to Guyana from Nov. 29 to Dec. 2, 2009. He met with Guyana government officials and Guyanese legal counsel for the purposes of promoting and representing the company's interest. This included looking at some gold-bearing concessions as possible new targets for acquisition by the company.

The company will disclose its decisions on new targets as soon as it is in a position to do so. Its board is aggressively working to enhance shareholder value.
