None of the jokers passing through the revolving doors at MEO over the last 3 years has demonstrated competence in drilling or production. Drilling contractors have brought the wells to TD, after which the news reports during completion and testing exposed MEO employees as consistently clueless amateurs and promoters from soup to nuts. Therefore, I view the news about another company taking the Operator role as a new lottery ticket (see excerpt from MEO news report below). However, caution is advised:

1. over the past 3 years they have shown little interest in truth or accuracy

2. insolvent shells of former MEO partners litter the company's history e.g. Black Rock, Park Place etc.
