Very quick notes on a pit stop going home.

Prop 1 - Same BOD voted in - CJ and GF had more withholds but Cliff came through on a majority vote. Only 40M or so voted Withhold on CJ/GF - down from last year I believe.

Prop 2 passed.

Prop 3 passed but will be ignored.

We weren't searched but Cliff made it clear "no recording devices".

Leckrone took the last hour or so.

I found him credible and have a few quotes which I will try to relay later but in two of them he said "things will get better". He also said he owns about 3M shares - maybe he bought them this morning!

Otherwise, nothing world-shattering.
