I think that sums it up well in how I feel. After all these years on this roller coaster it amazes me that we can win at the USPTO and in the Court yet we sit waiting at the ITC with a 50/50 chance?

If the ruling was made on April 18th and kept confidential in only to the attorneys know, yet out BOD and attorney were very up beat & positive at the SHM? I know it's there "job" to blow smoke up our butts but if the possibility is truley a 50/50 shot that sure was a lot of smoke...

Why would any "good" reputable law firm take this on contingency if it were a 50/50 shot?

We will know soon and I pray to God it's good news for us...
