New Position

A friend of mine who has been invested in ptsc for many years tried to explain the situation to me and I'm just not getting it. I guess there are 2 main questions I have.

1. What is the position the defendant are taking to justify Summary Judgement.

2. Why is it so complicated to explain the patent as being infringed. Does a computer run optimally with a chip that does not include the 336 design.

I'm sure this has been answered 1000's of times but I tried to go back and research previous posts and I could not find a direct answer.
