Well, I believe that TPL, PTSC and Moore each have a stake in that data. That doesn't mean Alliacense agrees, but then it would probably be up to the judge to decide if push came to shove. It is doubtful that the judge would Allow Leckrone and Alliacense to shake down the commercializaiton of the program to the detriment of the creditors if this is the plan moving forward. This goes from Claim charts, datasheets, RE docs, and all CRM docs.

Moore will hire professionals and set up a complete organizaiton. I suspect a more detailed business plan will be available. He has to be a little careful as you don't want a business plan with too much info circulating in the public. It's in his interest to do it right.

PDS is the licensing company for MMP. This will not change. Thus, it's standing with the court will not change.
