Yes, DL is a lawyer. Of the SHYSTER variety.

(A shyster is a slang word for someone who acts in a disreputable, unethical, or unscrupulous way, especially in the practice of law, politics or business)

Now this has been known for a decade maybe a couple decades or more. Especially it was known by PTSC BODs and management. How could they not know? All BODs are supposedly well educated with legal degrees and cpa degrees with forensic specialties at that.

Now one would ask why this has been going on for the amount of time that it has without it being made public? And it especially should have been acted on long before now! So near the end game.

I don't have to give my own conclusions. What I posted above should pretty much says it all.
