my guess is the Judge's ruling comes out by the first week of June (by June 5th). no independent knowledge, just a guess.

BTW, no one asked, but one of the two people whom post on this site who i thought would be a good board members, Lori? Laurie? ... well, at least I2007s is one of those two. She reads and researches and thinks, and if she does not know the answer she is smart enough to ask someone else. when in hi school i had a part time job at the school as a janitor. the head janitor (there were two of us!), said that the owner of the most successful insurance agency in town had told him, you do not have to be smart to be in business, just smart enough to hire employees smarter than you.
