3 Month Anniversary Approaching!

March 6th will be the three month anniversary of the appeal... One would think that something would be announced at any time now.

The courts case loads are heavy and I would think that it would be more expedicious to decide on a case right after the hearing as opposed to re-examing the files/facts, re-acclimating yourself with the case, and then circling the wagon of judges to decide the case. One would think that would be the most efficient way, but we all know that doesn't typically happen.

Is this a fair analogy? It's like cancer surgery, you don't want the doctor to come out of the operating room too soon since it usually means they went in, looked around, and sewed you back up in an hour as opposed to working on the issues for 6 hours and hoping for success.
