who else has noticed the 'register with selective service or face a lifetime of rejection for anything and everything (key concept being EVERYTHING) the government will give to you.... (or not) in the future' PSA's being aired every commercial break on radio?

There is a message there in those PSA's for what will happen in the future......

Why do they need, suddenly, to bring up the registration requirement EVERY BREAK?
