Patrick F.N. Anderson
Mr. Anderson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurelian Resources Ltd., a publicly-listed company engaged in exploring, discovering and developing mineral wealth in Ecuador. He co-founded that company in 2001 and was with it through its successful sale to Kinross Gold Corporation in a transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion in September 2008. A geologist with over 13 years of experience in all aspects of the exploration business, Mr. Anderson has also worked as a consulting geologist on gold, base metals and diamond projects in North America, South America and Europe for junior explorers, major producers and consulting firms to the mining industry. Mr. Anderson is also a founder and presently serves as a director of U308 Corp. and is also currently a director of Colossus Minerals Inc. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from University of Toronto.

Bruce Durham
Mr. Durham has worked in mineral exploration for more than 30 years in various positions with junior mining companies exploring primarily for precious and base metal deposits in Ontario and Quebec, but also with companies exploring across Canada, in the United States and in Africa. Since May 2007, Mr. Durham has been Executive Chairman of Temex Resources Corp., a publicly-listed Canadian exploration company advancing precious metal, nickel, diamond and uranium projects in Ontario. Previously, Mr. Durham served as President of Canadian Royalties Inc., a publicly-listed exploration and royalty company, from 2003 to 2006, as Vice-President Exploration of Canadian Royalties Inc. from 2001 to 2007 and as Vice-President Business Development of Canadian Royalties Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Durham is presently a director of Canadian Royalties Inc., East West Resource Corporation, Nebu Resources Inc., Canada Nickel Corp. and Temex Resources Corp. Mr. Durham holds a Bachelor of Science and Geology from the University of Western Ontario, and is an active practicing member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Joseph A. Hamilton
Mr. Hamilton is a Professional Geologist with over 14 years of mineral exploration experience in addition to over seven years experience as a mining analyst in the investment industry and three years experience in a mining development capacity. Mr. Hamilton is currently the President of Pickax International Corporation, a private company providing services to the mineral industry. He was the Chief Executive Officer of African Copper plc, a London-based interlisted development company that is constructing a copper mine in southern Africa, between January 2007 and June 2008, and was the Chief Operating Officer of African Copper plc from January 2005 to January 2007. Previously, Mr. Hamilton was a precious metals research analyst at RBC Capital Markets, Global Mining Division from March 2003 to December 2004 and at Dundee Securities from June 1997 to March 2003. Mr. Hamilton is presently a director of Aurelian Resources Ltd, Mirabela Nickel Limited and G A Capital Corp. Warren B. Irwin
Mr. Irwin is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Rosseau Asset Management Ltd., a money management firm based in Toronto, Ontario that Mr. Irwin founded in 1998. Since its inception on December 31, 1998, Rosseau Asset Management Ltd.’s flagship fund, Rosseau Limited Partnership, has earned a reputation as a strong performing special situations fund. Prior to founding Rosseau Asset Management Ltd., Mr. Irwin spent several successful years proprietary trading for Deutche Bank, a large international bank. Prior to that, Mr. Irwin worked in general corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for CIBC Wood Gundy, and in credit analysis and fixed income management at Scotia Capital Markets. Mr. Irwin holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Keith McKay
Mr. McKay is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of financial experience in all aspects of the mining industry, including construction and operations, financing, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Most recently, Mr. McKay was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Aurelian Resources Ltd on October 31, 2007 and has been with it through its
successful sale to Kinross Gold Corporation in September 2008. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of a worldwide publicly-listed engineering and project management services firm involved in extractive industry projects from May 2003 to November 2007. Prior to that, he was Controller at Rio Algom Ltd., a Canadian-based mining company that produced copper, gold, uranium, molybdenum, and coal in North and South America, from June 1994 to December 2001, and operated a metal distribution business in North America. Mr. McKay holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Western Ontario.

Thomas Obradovich
Mr. Obradovich is an independent mining executive with over 20 years of experience in developing gold, base metal, and diamond projects from grassroots to advanced exploration. He has considerable experience in public company financing, property acquisition, mineral exploration, mineral processing and project management. From April 2001 to October 2005, Mr. Obradovich was involved in reactivating Young-Davidson Mines Limited and then merging it with Northgate Minerals Inc. Mr. Obradovich was also previously a co-founder of Canadian Royalties Inc. Mr. Obradovich has also supervised a number of mining exploration projects for various junior mining companies as well as performed contract work for Falconbridge Limited, Teck Corporation and Wheaton River Mineral Ltd. Mr. Obradovich is currently the Chairman of Independent Nickel Corp. and a director of Aurelian Resources Ltd. Mr. Obradovich has a degree in Mining Technology from the Haileybury School of Mines.

Michael D. Woollcombe
Mr. Woollcombe is a Partner of Voorheis & Co. LLP, which acts as a strategic advisor to institutional and other shareholders of Canadian public and private companies. The clients of Voorheis & Co. LLP include private equity and hedge funds, institutional investors and investment managers. Mr. Woollcombe is currently a director of Pet Valu, Inc. and Pet Valu Canada Inc., a director and the trustee of various entities through which Calpine Corporation holds its 50% ownership interest in Greenfield Energy Centre LP (a substantial electricity generating facility being built in Courtright, Ontario) and is a former director of Stelco Inc. Prior to joining Voorheis & Co. LLP in 1997, Mr. Woollcombe practiced corporate and securities law with a major Toronto law firm. Mr. Woollcombe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and an LLB from University of Western Ontario.
