Interesting that KWG chose to end their news release today with;

"Initial indications continue to confirm the capital cost assumptions considered by Cliffs in its preliminary market sensitivity analyses, undertaken prior to the KWG investment. This analysis has been provided to the Toronto Stock Exchange for its review of KWG's application to graduate its share listing from the TSX Venture Exchange, on the basis of its interests in the deposits."

Noront has previously advised us that their position is that they are not allowed to discuss anything in regard to a TSX application. I confirmed this today with Joanne. That is still Noront's position and that of their legal counsel. I am not questioning their position, just thought I'd post this in case others were planning on asking them.
