Message: Court ruling

There were two court rulings…

1. KWG beating NOT to staking the claim

Headlines - KWG Declared Winner in 2011 Staking Race With Noront

KWG winning this claim had to be challenged because it is way to close to Eagles nest for NOT, not to make sure they couldn’t get it. I don’t believe this has any effect of NOT’s current SP drop because most of us didn’t even know it was an issue. KWG had already drilled several holes including the latest 1500m hole & was reporting like it was theirs all along. As it turns out… It is!

What this does mean to me, & why KWG’s SP will climb quickly when the time is right, is that at some point NOT & their deep pocket will open up to reveal the 2 bil for acquisitions. There will need to be some kind of deal before the ramp is even started to be built because they are so close together.

But even before that, NOT need to work with Casablanca Capital to hope they can get those claims before Glencore, because if they don’t KWG SP will sky rocket! IMOP that is…

& another twist in the Cliffs evolving story yesterday…

2. FN, in BC over pipeline access, across FN land.

Headlines - Supreme Court's Tsilhqot'in First Nation ruling a game-changer for all

http://www.cbc.ca/news/aboriginal/supreme-court-s-tsilhqot-in-first-nation-ruling-a-game-changer-for-all-1.2689140

“This is not merely a right of first refusal with respect to Crown land management or usage plans,” the ruling written by Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin said. “Rather, it is a right to proactively use and manage the land.”

“If the First Nations group does not consent, the government can only go against its wishes if it proves it's justified under the Constitution.”

Which could be done by the Gov’t stating the Pipelines are in “Canada’s National Security”, if FN just refuse to deal, but they won’t... IMO

“Veteran aboriginal rights lawyer James O’Reilly believes the high court’s ruling could be applied to 40 per cent of Quebec’s territory”

I believe the latter is the one affecting NOT’s SP. because KWG SP didn’t budge a % & ill-informed investors feel this will put a stop or delay the NOT plan to move their plans forward in a timely fashion. Someone tell them that the ROF is not in Quebec!!!

I don’t & feel this will put a stop or delay the NOT plan to move forward & that this ruling only backs up the talks that have been going on. It’s pretty clear that FN has control as “Power Brokers” & has been said over & over that it we be developed on their terms. FN’s have said that they need/want to participate. That’s all we need to know, & the stock wouldn’t be dropping. It’d just a matter of time...

& we wait….
