Preliminary negotiations between KWG and Casablanca for the likely event of the change of power at Cliffs should have already taken place. One can therefore assume that the Banking Act is through the acquisition of Cliffs positions gain further influence in the Ring of Fire very soon.

So previously, Allan Couts of NOT, said Not were inline for the Cliffs claims & share of KWG.

I would think that KWG would get frist right of refusal to buy the share percentage back from Cliffs before it would go to an outside company. Which could mean that they could bring in someone like th Germen Steel Comp, Gelncore, X2, who ever they want... No?
