Good points cupcake. Road or rail, we can talk about it all we want, but nothing will move and no one will make any significant investments until the derisking brought about with the EA approval is finalized. To discuss the matter of road vs rail before the EA is approved is futile; IMO. So far it has only been Noront who has taken the EA matter seriously since they know they will be mining Nickel and PGMs, rather than chromite, which is obviously not happening for years from now. My view of KWG is that they have no intention of mining, but they are doing their best to make themselves worth a prettty penny to whomever wishes to buy them out; said before. If this were not the case then they would have submitted an EA long ago, seeeing as how we all know how long this process can take. Frank can talk all he wants about KWG, but I think everyone is waiting for him to address the issue of EA, which I think should be in the foremost of his and everyones' mine.
