Dennis, not necessarily raw ore would be shipped out and If, then not all. I doubt our governments would allow all ore shipped out.
I think all nickel ore would be processed in Canada and probably Ontario.

With chromite needing a whole lot of electrical power, needs of north America could be processed in Ontario or Quebec and only destinations like China would take their share of ore and process in China or the like.

Not the best but even we may have to compromise our ideals. After all we were lauding Bao's arrival were we not?

Excuse is that many did not know enough about goings on or possibilities and some of the negativity to the idea probably stemmed from ore being shipped out of the country.
