And now our hydro rates are going up because we, as good energy-conserving citizens did our part to reduce hydro consumption...thus creating a budget shortfall that Hydro is allowed to recoup by raising rates. Talk about a Catch-22! Wynne appeared to have so much to offer when she was first elected. Now she has turned out to be just another disappointment...no different then Uncle Dalton or any of the previous Harris-ites. I am thoroughly pi$$ed off!
