Because of a lack of commitment by the natives and governments to development in the ROF, Noront was not able to raise money for any mine development. The only source was for exploration which they are putting to use to try and add more value to their holdings and consequently the investors. However are you suggesting that acquiring Cliff's and MacDonald Mines properties did not bringing value to the investors?? How do you then suggest they bring value to the investors ?
