In response to the small portion you quoted....I 100% agree... The undated 2016 looks dismal...and I agree private investment would not move in based on reading this undated....piece.

NO private investor would commit to building 2 new casinos in the North (Kenora and North Bay), and also take over the operating leases of the 5 other casinos...with a dismal report like that. Why do you think nothing was done for 3 years??

My point was that after 3 years of no movement ..the casino project is weeks away from moving ahead. Ask yourself why?

Speedy, if it was YOUR money on the line and you believed nothing was going on in the north would you commit to building these 2 new casinos in these locations and taking over the operating leases of the other five?

Also:

"The deal would also require the casino operator to not make any changes to the current workforce, representing hundreds of jobs in those three cities, for one year."

If you were the private investor with your money on the line and you were in discussions with the gov't...what would you need to hear from them to get the confidence to move ahead after a 3 year stall??
