All weather roads are not needed from ROF to FN communities as ice roads to resupply from the end of rail would still work and the ROF could be used as a new hub for distribution to remote FN. Air costs would also be less with a large plane airport in the ROF. The problem is in the southern portions of the ice road more than the north. This would also solve the cut in payments to FN who don't work at the mines due to access. Rail is the best answer to all problems, Ican see this. WHY can't those who decide do so in a timely responce?
