For the last months, management has shifted its focus on other financing options and global business improvement. As the Company has limited control on timeline for the EIB/DFI2 27M loan facility especially due to te last condition precedent to signing, we have expanded the financing option pipeline. Our presence at Africacom has led to several new players to the table but most importantly has helped receiving termsheet to unlock the rollout status quo. From self generated cash to Impact Funds financing, NuRAN now counts on new potential options to reach its EBITDA positive status.

We are confident that 2024 will show the potential of NuRAN NaaS business model. Despite delays and market conditions, management is convinced to unlock this potential with smaller and/or shorter term financing while closing EIB and/or any other important financing.

Regards

NuRAN Team
