Requirements for TSX Listing?

I have seen lots of discussion about the requirements to get listed on the NASDAQ, but do not recall any discussions about the TSX. Does anyone know the requirments to get listed on the TSX, and depending on that, what kind of timeline we might expect for that, if it happens (likely I think, IMO)?
