The late George Frazer of Leon Frazer & Associates, a boutique money management firm in Toronto, still around today after 75 years (how many firms can say that, which speaks to their long term success), was always famous for saying:

"If the market is down, it's on sale! If you liked Bell at $45, you must LOVE Bell at $37.50."

I would have to say, that if you loved PTK at $2.00, you must LOVE PTK at $1.80 this morning first thing. It was a gift.

RTQ as I type this is $1.89.

The stock market is one of those funny things that if it goes on sale, people don't buy!

The wise will pick up PTK on any dips. This price will not be here for long.
