Do I trust that management can execute on their business plan: YES Do I trust that management won't try to line their pockets in the process: I'd say less so ....show me results in the form of an appreciating stock price and I'll be happy. In the interim, show me that you support an appreciating stock price by not asking for a larger option pool and setting options granted at a price above current market (creating incentive).
