Message: Management needs to step up

When is this incredibly incompetent management team going to step up and do something about this? Bring back PC where he could at least keep the SP propped up by his lies (kidding). Anything is better than the way this management team has treated existing shareholders. On a technical basis they are sound, but in every other aspect they have not handled things well at all.

They were given a gift from Dr. Taylor and they can't figure out how to commercialize the damn thing. We've been hearing about commercializing the POET process with NRE around the corner for at least 3 years now.

Whatever happened to licensing the product where the margins would have been astronomical? This is anything but a faster path to revenue like they promised. 2018, are they kidding? Do they not know what investors were told in 2014 about how close we were to commercialization? They might as well keep their mouths shut because everything they say and do is killing the SP. They seem to know nothing about publicly run companies by their several mishaps including the town hall and every move they've made since they've joined. The original plan to license was way better than this crappy result. They just didn't stick to it, and want to torture us for another several years before we see anything out of this.

Lets acquire a few companies, dilute you to hell when we already thought BIG revenue was around the corner, and tell you its a faster path, but it will still take multiple years! OMG! What do you think would happen to the SP?

Instead all they've been able to do is delay, delay, delay and as a result dilute us further by buying companies that completely change the initial strategy to commercialization and increase the company's costs greatly. Oh and now there will be further dilution to ramp up that side of the business which is peanuts in revenue in the grand scheme of things and considering where this company was supposed to be by now. I never liked the acquisitions and they feel like a fall back if POET doesn't work out. You need Denselight customers to penetrate the market with POET? What happened to all the mega cap customers they were talking to before that were so interested? Now we will face heavy dilution because of the portion of the business that never mattered to any of us a few years ago but seems to be a consolation. Now it seems to be coming more and more into the forefront and if POET doesn't work out, thats all there will be with miniscule revenue.

They say the acquisitions will get us to commercialization sooner, but that was already supposed to be years ago. Sooner is 2018? What happened to 2014/2015? So without Denselight when the hell were they thinking commercialization would be? Have they not realized we've been through all this bull with past management already? Why announce a PP without a price? What kind of disaster has this become? What are they thinking? They need someone that knows how to deal with public companies and how to manage shareholder expectations.

Maybe we will get a new management team for the third? time and it will be rinse and repeat. Everything will reset, new folks will get in cheap, pump this up day and night, and claim they are long when they are selling into the runs and exercising their warrants. The new team will come up with a new plan to monetize and we can wait another 3-4 years. Of course I don't believe this will happen... just showing my frustration folks.

As Trump would say, "Its just words".... thats all its been all these years. Its truly sad.
