Wow I have never seen such gross negligence and disregard for shareholders, they destroyed our shareprice after it was already depressed. I never thought I would long for Copetti back but here I am. The perfect storm. $.36 with a full warrant at $.52? Wow. And still they don't have the stones to tell us how much money they are raising! If they raise 15 million that will dilute us 83 million shares (including the warrants) That is about a third of the company!

I could see someone slapping management with a lawsuit after this. A lawsuit for being incompetent. Are they going to send out a few more options at these prices as well?
