I believe the unequivocal answer to that question is yes.

IMO, when listing on the NASDAQ, there was no financing as POET could not find anyone who would "buck up", at least not in a favorable manner. If there was something that was not favorable, curious how that would compare to the terms when POET does the next financing. I imagine we will never know.
