Just as a additional point, the company, at this juncture, has not identified who will assemble the OEs in Europe or North America and are not likely to do so until such time as these customers commit to their specific requirements and the OE side of the 400 transciever is up, running and qualified.

Suresh has laid this all out in his chat's, if we listen.
