POET did hire George Tsiolis to do interviews with upper management (and it looks like they were doing it right after their 10-year ban expired) for Agoracom. I think it was just before they engaged with Adrian.

As I recall, there was a disclosure that George was paid in stock. I wonder if George still holds those shares...
