If we have a novel product that is needed in great quantities, then deposits or purchase orders that are financeable can provide the money needed. 

I think POET will hire outside companies for each step of fulfillment. We have Sanan for wafers, Silterra, and then there are some other steps before module assembly. They can sign contracts backed up by Google, Microsoft, and the like whose purchase orders are golden.
