what a dumb move on cco's part.....they are making a minor increase in the counter offer....and rio just has to say yup just like the guy in storage wars who has the deep pockets...and its back in cco's hands to make a counteoffer.....i think that cco must be buying time to have its own white knight step in as a third party.....and who knows maybe this third party does not give a rats behind about the price they just want a guarantee of supply 10,15,20 years from now.....and a partner who will process the material with infrastructure that is in place already....place your bets boys there still is money to be made
