Is $300,000 enough money for legal fees for an 

M&A or partnership transaction, would a financing be that much in legal fees , I guess It could..,

i think the longer this takes the better the chance it could be more than a large PP ,  but have been waiting a long long time for any major deal to happen with RVX, we'll see how we open on Monday morning, nothing would make me happier than waking up Monday to a halt
