10BagR - The challenge with reverse splits versus forward splits is that reverses are usually done in distress situations and in many cases the share price decreases after the split. In the case of a 20 for 1 reverse on RVX I would expect the net result would be a share price around $1.50 +/-. Look at some historical data and you will find that the drop in many cases is 30% to 40% for companies that present as RVX currently does.
If a reverse was done in conjunction with a change in management in this case then a share price increase would likely be on the horizon. You could then decide for yourself if was because of the reverse split, the change in management or the whole package!
