Message: RVXs up or down draft from ZENE???

Unfortunately it's the same storey with every company that has no cash and limited ability to raise cash. The shares are now the currency. We've all had the opportunity to read the risks in the MD&A's. This is part of it.

Lee Iacocca and his team went through the exact situation with Chrysler in 1980/81. They survived, I hope we do. They took shares and stock options instead of wages to reduce the burn. The market liked it at the time but then hated it 6 or 7 years later when all that stock was sold for 50X's the grant price.

My point, investors will gripe at whatever management does. This is not to take anything away from how or why we are where we are today, just saying this is how the company keeps its head above water when there is no, or limited cash.

It would take a lot more stock, options, RSU's and or cash to attract new and competent management at this point. Choose your medicine or jump off the boat.

tada
